Did you know? A unique robot for eye surgery has been developed in Eindhoven


The start-up company Preceyes from Eindhoven University of Technology developed a master-slave robot for vitreo-retinal eye surgery with unique precision. With a measured accuracy of 0,00001 m the robot can be used for operations inside small veins on the retina. Robot can operate in veins as small as a human hair.
